Indian Head Massage is known for its calming and relaxing effects, helping to reduce stress and tension in the body. The gentle pressure and soothing strokes stimulate the release of endorphins, promoting a sense of well-being and relaxation. Book a 60 minute massage either at home or in the Poole Studio.

Home & Aura Smudging
Smudging is a traditional practice used to cleanse and purify a space, object, or person. It involves burning sacred herbs, such as Sage, Cedar, or Sweetgrass, and allowing the smoke to waft over the area or person being cleansed. Smudging ceremony and supplies are available from Woodland Bear. Kate incorporates this into her reiki and workshops.
